Enterprise sign-in
OIDC and SAML 2.0 single sign-on with SCIM provisioning. Run multiple identity providers side by side, map IdP groups to YardHelm roles, and flip on enforced SSO when you are ready — local accounts work fine until then.
Role-based permissions
Permissions operate at the level of individual buttons, not vague admin-versus-user tiers. Six seeded roles cover a working yard on day one, every role is editable permission by permission, and users are disabled rather than deleted, so history stays intact.
SOC 2-ready posture
Every action lands in a full audit trail. Evidence exports are one click: an access-review CSV and a 90-day audit-log CSV. Retention policies are set per data type, because plate reads and GPS pings are personal data, and API keys are scoped and shown exactly once.
Six languages
The yard crew, the drivers and the public booking portal each work in their own language — including right-to-left Arabic that flips the entire interface. Each person's choice sticks to their own device.

Check-ins, bookings, detention alerts, reefer excursions, camera reads — pushed to any URL the moment they happen. Deliveries are HMAC-signed and retried automatically, with a per-hook delivery log and a test button.

Sixteen canned reports — carrier scorecards, dwell, no-shows, detention dollars — plus anything you save yourself. Schedule any of them daily, weekly or monthly and they arrive by email or webhook.
BI feed URLs
Every saved report gets a stable CSV or JSON URL that drops straight into Power BI, Google Sheets or any BI tool — authenticated with a scoped API key and refreshed on every pull, with no copy-paste in between.
